How to Create a Facebook Ad step by step

Before anything starts, make sure you have a business manager Account and the required Ad Account and Facebook page. If you do not have those lets see how to create them in steps

First Create a business manager account

log on to your facebook usually (sign in to your personal facebook account) logged on leave it their and  click here>>> Facebook business manager <<< for facebook business manager registration registrations

once you click the link this page will appear

follow the simple instruction facebook business manager will ask for your business name and business email address just fill them and your business manager account is created.

Creating a Ads Manager account and linking it to business manager

your business manager is like the group CEO and ads manager like the divisional heads you could have 5 ads manager linked to 1 business manager account for example if you have 5 different companies you can create 5 different ads account and link to the same business manager.

after you have created the business manager account this is how the screen will appear

An ad account will give you the license to advertise on facebook these advertisement will be on the news feed of your targeted audience. 

Step 1

click on the "business settings" tab as shown above which will direct you to a page like this (shown in step 2)

on this page click on the button directed by the red arrow in the above screenshot

Step 3

After selecting that the above page will appear select the drop down "Add New Accounts" and scroll down to the "create a new ad account" option and click that as illustrated above, the below pop up screen will appear (shown in step 4)

Step 4

Name your add account select the preferred currency for payment and then  click "create ad account" button, after which the below screen will come up with your personal facebook name suggested

Step 5

select you name and click on the "save changes" button you ad account has been added yet one more step to go you need to select payment methods this is how facebook will charge you for your ads. (screenshot in step 5)

Step 6

click on the "payment Methods" you have the options of adding your card as shown below

Adding a facebook page to business manager

What is the whole purpose of creating advertisements if you do not crate a facebook page where customer could interact with your business , message , rate and comment about your products and services.

A facebook page is like your store on facebook people generally after viewing the advertisement come in and like your page to interact more with the business so generally companies that create an ad account usually also create a facebook page

Creating a facebook page and linking it to the business manager

Step 1

Select "peoples and Assets" and click on the blue button pointed above by the red arrow.

Step 2

you will have to then select your business type and the rest is like creating a page usually with simple guided steps.
